Processing vs. Delivery
Shipping timelines begin after your order has been fulfilled — not from the moment it's placed. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During high-volume periods (such as holidays), processing may take additional time before your order ships.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery Timeframes
Once your order ships, estimated delivery is 3–10 business days, depending on your location. All orders ship from China via FedEx.
FedEx delivers Monday through Friday only, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. Vinci Cashmere cannot guarantee delivery timelines for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather or customs inspections.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. Track your package anytime at fedex.com.

Delivery & Signature
An adult signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available, FedEx may leave the package at your doorstep at the driver's discretion.
Vinci Cashmere is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by FedEx to the address provided at checkout.

Order Cancellations
We're unable to cancel orders once they've been placed. Orders are automatically transmitted to our warehouse for fulfillment immediately after purchase.
