Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:

- Unworn and unwashed, in original condition
- Free from damage, odor, or signs of use
- All original tags attached
- Purchased directly from vincicashmere.com

The following items are not eligible for return: final sale items, customized items, socks, and gift cards.

Return Shipping & Fees

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a secure, trackable shipping method.

A return fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund for online returns, except for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

1. Email vincicashmere@163.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return Number.
4. Ship to the return address below.

Returns sent without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for your bank to process the refund. Please note that original shipping costs, customs duties, and sales taxes are non-refundable. Currency conversion losses are not covered.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order separately.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please email vincicashmere@163.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted. After receiving your order, please refer to the return instructions above.

Vinci Cashmere Guarantee

All Vinci Cashmere products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, mishandling, or incidental damage.
