Returns
We want you to love your Vinci Cashmere pieces. We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following strict conditions:
-Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their exact original condition.
- Completely free from stains, damage, perfume, biological odors, or any signs of wear.
- All original tags, labels, and branded packaging must be intact and attached.
- Purchased directly via vincicashmere.com
Customized products, socks, and gift cards are strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returns and exchanges must be requested within 10 days of the delivery date. Any return received by Vinci Cashmere outside this 10-day window will be considered unauthorized and will not be processed.
Return Shipping & Fees
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, like USPS, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
A fixed $15 restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your refund for online returns.
Original shipping fees (25$ or 35$, on orders under $300 ) paid at checkout are strictly non-refundable. Returns on free-shipping orders over $300 are subject to a fixed $45 deduction for shipping and duties.
International customs duties, import tariffs, and local sales taxes are non-refundable.
Vinci Cashmere is not liable for, and will not compensate for, any fluctuations or losses caused by foreign currency conversion.
If your order included a complimentary gift (e.g., gloves, socks, or accessories), the gift must be returned along with the main item in its original, unused condition. If the gift is not returned, the full retail value of the gift will be deducted from your final refund.
How to Start a Return
1. Email: vinci8808@gmail.com with your order number and the specific reason for your return.
2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed shipping instructions
3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and clearly write the RAN on the outside or inside of the package.
4. Ship the package to our designated return center below.
Please note: Returns sent to our facility without a prior Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be rejected and returned at the sender's expense.

Refunds
Once your return package is received at our facility, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus a $15 return fee, minus $25 or $35 or $45 shipping fee, if a shipping fee was paid) will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for your banking institution to post the transaction.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to secure an alternative size, color, or style is to return your original item for a refund and place a concurrent new order through our website.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders swiftly to ensure prompt delivery. Please email vincicashmere@163.com immediately if you need to modify or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee any adjustments once an order has entered our fulfillment system. If your order has already shipped, please follow the standard return process outlined above upon receiving it.
Vinci Cashmere Guarantee
Every Vinci Cashmere piece is crafted to the highest standards and guaranteed against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This lifetime guarantee does not cover damages resulting from natural wear and tear, improper fabric care (such as incorrect washing/drying), pilling due to friction, or incidental mishandling.
